The small town of Annecy is located on the lake of the same name. The town is very beautiful and without a doubt deserves attention. See below for what to visit here.
Cathedral. Built in the early 16th century as a Franciscan monastery for men.
Castle. Served as a residence for the Counts of Geneva. Abandoned in the 17th century. Later slightly restored for use as barracks. Until 1947. Now the castle houses an art museum.
