The villa belonged to a very wealthy businessman. But after his disabled son was born, he spent all his money to turn it into a hospital here.
The villa building is almost completely empty.
There is a small abandoned building on the grounds of the Villa. According to the plaque, there used to be a laboratory here.
The villa is located on a large area. There are many buildings here, almost all in a semi-abandoned state. However, many of the houses are being brought back to life, and in one of them students from the medical university have already begun studying.
The villa itself looks like this. It is enclosed by a construction fence. The grass in front of the villa had been mowed literally just before our arrival... Perhaps it too will be restored in the near future.

In one of the villa’s rooms, we found this bed. Light bulbs are installed inside the drawer.
